Diesen Zopf habe ich auch über Instagram schon zweimal geteilt, an Nickike und an Andrea von nrsss.de. Für den Kalender habe ich ihn an mir auch noch mal geflochten. Aber nur seitlich, sind es doch eine Menge Stränge, die man da koordinieren muss.
I did this braid even twice before: on Nickike and on Andrea from nrsss.de which I already showed you on Instagram this summer. But for the calender I recreated the style on myself again. But only sideswept. There are really many strands to coordinate.

Anleitung
Oweia, jetzt wird es tricky. Dieser Zopf ist mit Abstand der schwerste im ganzen Kalender. Ich empfehle euch wirklich, schaut euch lieber das Video dazu an (s.u.). Aber ich versuche es trotzdem.
Teilt eure Haare in vier gleichdicke Stränge. Entscheidet euch am Anfang ob ihr immer über die Stränge flechten wollt, oder unter den Strängen (holländisch), es wird nicht gewechselt, also immer drüber oder immer drunter. Das spare ich mir ab nun bei der Beschreibung, um es zu vereinfachen. Nehmt vom linken äußeren Strang eine dünne Partie Haar außen auf und fügt sie dem linken inneren Strang innen hinzu. Dann rechts dasselbe nur spiegelverkehrt: vom äußeren Strang außen eine Strähne abteilen und zum inneren Strang innen hinzufügen. Weiterhin rechts, jetzt aber am inneren Strang. Wieder außen (dementsprechend ganz in der Mitte von allen vier Hauptsträngen) Haar aufnehmen und dieses dann dem linken äußeren Strang innen hinzu fügen. Und spiegelverkehrt: Linker innerer Strang, Haar außen (also ganz in der Mitte) aufnehmen und zum rechten äußeren Strang innen hinzufügen.
Puh. Das war eine komplette Runde. So flechtet ihr bis zum Ende.
Kurz: Links außen nach links innen. Rechts außen nach links innen. Rechts innen nach links außen. Links innen nach rechts außen. Aufgenommen wird das Haar immer an den äußeren Seiten der beiden Hauptfischgräten, hinzugefügt immer innen.
Nicht verzweifeln, es übt sich. Ehrlich.
Instructions. Oh boy, this is going to be tricky. Thsi braid is by far the most complicated in the whole calender. I really recommand to watch the video (see below) to learn the technique. But I give it a try. Split your hair in four equal sections. Decide whether you want to braid english (all over) or dutch (all under), because you won't change while braiding. I will skip this over/under thing, to make the instructions easier to read. Well. Take a small section of hair from the ooutside of the outer left strand and add it to the inside of the inner left strand. Repeat mirrored on the other side. Take a section of hair from the outside of the outer right strand and add it to the inside of the inner right strand. Now take a section of outside of the inner right strand and add it to the inside of the outer left strand. Take also a section from the outside of the inner left strand and add it to the inside of the outher right strand. Now you have completed one complete stitch. Proceed like this until you reach the end of your braid: Outer left to inner left, outer right to inner right. Inner right to outer left, inner left to outer right. Always pick up hair from the outsides of the two main fishtails and add it always to the insides of theses braids. Don't cry, it is just practice. Honestly.
