One of my fvourite hairstyles from 2015, the woven fishtailbraid.
Anleitung
Im Prinzip ist es fast dasselbe Flechtschema wie das eines fünfsträngigen Zopfes: drüber, drunter - drüber, drunter. Aber von Anfang an. Wie für eine normale Fischgräte auch teilt ihr euer Haar im Nacken in zwei gleichdicke Stränge. Achtung, es gibt jetzt am Anfang einen Flechtschritt, der nur als Start notwendig ist, dann nicht mehr:
Teilt eine dünne Strähne links ab und legt sie unter dem linken Hauptstrang entlang in die Mitte. Nicht zum rechten Strang hinzufügen, ihr behaltet sie mittig.
Ab jetzt kommen die Wiederholungsschritte: Teilt vom rechten Haupttrang eine dünne Strähne ab und flechtet sie über den rechten Hauptstrang und unter den dünnen Mittelstrang. Der dünne Mittelstrang wird erst jetzt zum rechten Hauptstrang hinzugefügt. Die kleine Strähne, die gerade erst von rechts kam, ist nun der neue Mittelstrang. Und links: kleine Strähne abteilen, über den Hauptstrang, unter dem dünnen Mittelstrang hindurch und den Mittelstrang dann zum linken Hauptstrang hinzufügen, die neue dünne Strähne ist jetzt wieder neuer Mittelstrang. Und so weiter:
Rechts abteilen, drüber, drunter, alte Mittelsträhne rechts hinzufügen. Links abteilen, drüber, drunter und alte Mittelsträhne links hinzufügen. Einziger Kniff ist es also die Mittelsträhne immer erst eine Runde aufzuheben und dann erst hinzuzufügen. Wenn ihr sehr breite Strähnen abteilt, sieht dieser Zopf tatsächlich aus wie ein flacher 5er.
Instructions: The pattern is very similar to that of a fivestrandbraid: over, under - over, under. But right from the beginning. As ususal for most fishtailbraids you split your ponytail in two equal strands. And now have a closer look, the first braiding stitch is the only which will not be repeated afterwards, but which is necessary for a nice start.
Left: section a small strand of hair from the left mainstrand and braid it unter. The littel strand is now in the middle. Keep it there.
Now we start with the repeating pattern. Right: Split a small section of hair from the right mainstrand, braid it over the right mainstrand and under the small middlestrand. Now you add the old middlestrand to the right mainstrand and keep the new small strand you just started braiding with as the new middlestrand. Left: Take a small section of hair from the left mainstrand, braid it over the left mainstrand and under the small middlestrand. Add the old middlestrand to the left mainstrand and keep the new small strand as middlestrand. And so on.
Right: section, over, under, add old middlestrand. Left: section, over, under, add old middlestrand. So the only trick is to keep the middlestrand on braiding stitch before you add it than to the fishtail. If you section rather big strands for braiding, the braid will look very similar to a fivestrand braid in the end.
